Laptop Price in BD 20000 to 30000 Taka: Best Used Picks (2026)

সংক্ষেপে: For a laptop price in BD of 20000 to 30000 taka, the realistic choice is a used business laptop with an Intel Core i5 (7th to 10th Gen), 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD. At Noakhali Tech, the laptops you can order in this range right now are the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Core i5 10th Gen (In Stock, 30,000 Tk) and the Dell Latitude 5400 Core i5 8th Gen (Pre-Order, 29,160 Tk). Several other models in this range are currently out of stock, so call or WhatsApp us before you decide.

If you are searching for the laptop price in BD from 20000 to 30000 taka, you probably want something that handles online classes, Microsoft Office, browsing and light programming without slowing down every five minutes. A new laptop at this budget usually means an entry-level processor and very basic parts. A used business laptop from HP, Dell or Lenovo is often a smarter use of the same money: a proper Core i5, an SSD, and a body made for years of office use.

Below is every used laptop we list with a price between 20,000 and 30,000 taka, with honest availability for each one, plus what the processor generation means, how much RAM and SSD you need, and what to check before you pay.

Picks by Use

Office work, online classes and browsing

Every laptop above has a Core i5, 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD, which is enough for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom or Google Meet classes, email and many browser tabs. For a typical office desk or a student, the Dell Latitude 5400 (Pre-Order, 29,160 Tk) is the best value we can offer inside this range right now. The Latitude 5000 series is Dell's mainstream business line, built for daily office use.

Students who carry the laptop every day

The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 (In Stock, 30,000 Tk) is the smallest laptop on the list, with a 13.3 inch screen, and the only one with a 10th Gen processor. It is also the only one you can order online today without waiting for a pre-order confirmation. If you move between home, campus and coaching centre, it is the one we would choose.

Light programming and freelancing

For learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python or doing basic freelancing work such as data entry, writing and simple design, an 8th Gen or newer Core i5 is the sensible minimum. The X13 and the Latitude 5400 both qualify. If you plan to run heavy tools, Android Studio or virtual machines, 8GB RAM will feel tight, and you should look at our 30–40k list or ask us about RAM upgrades.

Tightest budget

The Dell Latitude 7470 (Pre-Order, 19,340 Tk) sits just under 20,000 Tk. It has a 6th Gen Core i5, so it suits basic office work and browsing, but read the generation notes below before choosing it.

8th Gen vs 6th/7th Gen: What It Means

In the 20–30k budget, the processor generation matters more than the brand. In general terms:

• Cores: most laptop Core i5 chips from Intel's 6th and 7th Gen are dual-core, while most 8th Gen laptop Core i5 chips are quad-core. More cores help when you multitask, compile code or run a video call with many tabs open.
• Windows 11: on our 6th and 7th Gen units, Windows 11 is not officially supported on the CPU, so they run Windows 10. Our 8th Gen and 10th Gen units are listed as Windows 10/11 ready.
• Life span: a newer generation usually stays useful for longer, because software keeps getting heavier.

Our simple rule: if your budget allows, choose 8th Gen or newer. Pick 6th or 7th Gen only when the budget is fixed and the work is light.

RAM and SSD Advice

• RAM: 8GB is the comfortable minimum for Windows 10 or 11 with a browser, Office and video calls. 4GB machines feel slow very quickly. If you think you will need 16GB later, ask us before ordering whether that model can take more RAM; some business laptops have open slots, others need checking.
• SSD: never buy a laptop with only a hard disk (HDD) in 2026. Every laptop in our tables comes with a 256GB SSD, which makes startup and opening apps far faster than an HDD. 256GB is fine for study and office files; keep photos and videos on cloud storage or an external drive if space runs low.

7 Things to Check Before You Buy

1. Processor generation: confirm the exact generation on the product page or the invoice, not only "Core i5".
2. SSD, not HDD: check that the storage is an SSD.
3. Battery health: used laptops have used batteries. Ask about it, and see our used laptop checklist for what to test.
4. Keyboard and touchpad: type on every key and test clicks.
5. Screen: look for dead pixels, bright spots or lines on a white and a black background.
6. Ports, Wi-Fi and webcam: plug in a USB drive and charger, connect to Wi-Fi and open the camera.
7. Condition grade: understand what the seller means by "Grade A" or "Pre-owned" before you pay.
