1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 working days of receiving the product.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

    • Used or partially consumed packaging materials.

    • Customized or special order items.


2. Return Process

  • Our team will verify the issue and provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).


3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or as a store credit (based on customer preference).

  • In case of replacement, we will ship the new product at no extra cost if the return reason is valid.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
