Online Delivery Information
At Noakhali Tech, we aim to provide a reliable and convenient online shopping experience for customers across Bangladesh. We carefully process and pack every order before handing it over to our delivery partners.
Delivery Coverage
We currently provide online delivery across Bangladesh, including major cities, districts, and upazilas where courier service is available.
Customers from Noakhali and other parts of Bangladesh can order IT products, computer accessories, networking equipment, CCTV products, and other technology products directly from our online store.
Order Processing
After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone to confirm the order and delivery details.
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare the products for shipment and hand them over to our delivery partner.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability and order verification.
For products that require special preparation, installation, or supplier confirmation, the processing time may be longer. Our support team will inform you if there is any significant delay.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the selected delivery service.
Inside Dhaka: Approximately 2–3 business days
Outside Dhaka (including Noakhali and all other districts): Approximately 5–7 business days
Remote locations: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier coverage
These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: 80 Tk
Outside Dhaka (including Noakhali): 160 Tk
Laptops and monitors outside Dhaka: 250 Tk courier charge per piece
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. The courier may charge more according to the weight of the parcel and the product variant (for example big UPS units or CCTV installation packages). If an extra charge applies, our team tells you on the order confirmation call and sends the order only if you agree.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible products and locations.
For COD orders, customers are required to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
For laptops and other high-value products, we take a small advance of 500 to 1,000 Tk by bKash or Nagad before shipment, and you pay the rest on delivery. See our Payment Methods page for details.
Product Checking at Delivery
Customers are advised to check the package and product condition immediately after receiving the order.
If the package appears physically damaged, opened, or tampered with, please inform the delivery person and contact Noakhali Tech as soon as possible.
For electronics and IT products, customers should also check the product model, quantity, and visible physical condition after receiving the package.
Important Delivery Conditions
Please provide a correct and complete delivery address and active phone number.
Customers should remain available at the provided contact number during delivery.
Delivery may be delayed if the customer cannot be reached or the address is incomplete.
Orders may be cancelled if the customer repeatedly fails to receive the shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed for every location.
Some large, fragile, or heavy products may have special delivery conditions.
Product availability may affect the order processing time.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or delivery process has started, cancellation may be subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable delivery charges.
