E27 Bulb Wi-Fi CCTV Camera

E27 Bulb Wi-Fi CCTV Camera: Overview

The E27 Bulb Wi-Fi CCTV Camera is a security camera shaped like a light bulb that screws into a standard E27 bulb holder, giving homes, shops and small offices a simple way to add live video monitoring. It offers a 360-degree view and sends live video to your mobile over Wi-Fi, with no extra wiring needed.

Because it uses an existing bulb holder for power, it is ideal where running new cables is difficult, such as rented flats, shop fronts, store rooms, staircases and garages. Shop owners can check the counter from home, and families can keep an eye on children, elderly parents or the main door while away.

Key Features

• Fits a standard E27 bulb holder – installs like a light bulb and takes power from the holder.
• 360-degree view – covers a whole room or shop floor from one central point.
• Live video on your mobile over Wi-Fi – watch from your phone through your home or shop Wi-Fi network.
• No extra wiring needed – no video cable or separate power adapter to run.

Best For

• Shops, pharmacies and small stores watching the counter and entrance.
• Homes monitoring children, elderly family members or the front door.
• Rented flats where drilling and wiring are not allowed.
• Store rooms, garages and staircases with an existing bulb holder.

Things to Check Before Buying

• Confirm that your holder is the E27 screw type (the common large screw base), not a pin-type B22 holder.
• The camera needs Wi-Fi coverage at the installation spot; test your signal there with your phone first.
• The holder's switch must stay on for the camera to work, so choose a point that is not switched off at night.
• During load-shedding the camera turns off with the light unless that circuit is on an IPS or other backup.
• Check which mobile app your unit uses and whether it supports a memory card for recording.
