How We Test and Grade Refurbished Laptops

Buying a used laptop should not be a gamble. Every refurbished laptop we sell is checked, cleaned and graded before it is sent to you, and the grade is written on its product page.

Our Checklist

Processor, RAM and SSD: the specifications match the listing, and the SSD health is checked.
Display: no dead pixels, lines or flicker.
Keyboard and touchpad: every key and both buttons work.
Ports and connectivity: USB, HDMI, audio, charging port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and webcam.
Battery and charger: the laptop charges properly and the battery holds a charge.
Cleaning: the body, keyboard and screen are cleaned before delivery.

Laptop Grades

Grade A: looks almost new, with only very light marks.
Grade B: visible scratches or marks on the body; works perfectly.

Real Photos on Request

Before we ship, we can send you photos of the actual laptop you are buying on WhatsApp. If it is not what you expected, you do not have to take it.

Warranty
