The ZKTeco FR1200 is a genuine ZKTeco slave fingerprint and 125kHz EM card reader for ZKTeco access controllers, made for offices, server rooms, labs and factories that need verified entry or exit on the other side of a door. It connects as an RS485 slave reader and has an IP65 rugged housing.
A slave reader works together with a main ZKTeco terminal or controller. For example, it lets staff verify when leaving a secure room, so you get both entry and exit records and tighter control over who goes in and out.
