The ZKTeco K40 is a genuine ZKTeco fingerprint time and attendance terminal with simple access control, made for offices, factories, schools and shops that want to record staff attendance accurately. It stores up to 3,000 fingerprints, 3,000 ID cards and 100,000 attendance records, and has a 2.8-inch TFT screen with a built-in backup battery.
A fingerprint machine replaces paper registers and stops "buddy punching", where one employee signs in for another. The built-in backup battery helps the machine keep working during short power cuts, and TCP/IP and USB Host connections make it easy to take reports into attendance software.
